What to expect
Your first month
- Day oneJoin Discord, say hello in #recruiting, and have a short chat with S1 Personnel. No application form to grind through.
- Week oneBCT. Comms, unit structure, core mechanics and the mods we run, in a single session of one to three hours. Have the modpack installed before you arrive.
- Your first FridayDeploy on a main op at 19:00 CET inside a fireteam. You will be told exactly where to stand and what to do.
- Within two opsRASP 1. Unit SOPs, CQB and small-unit tactics across three to four hours. Mandatory for progression, and the gateway to every specialisation course.
Training
Everything is taught in-house
PHASE 01
BCT
Basic Combat Training
Unit structure, comms and ACE reports, map reading and PID, ROE, medical basics and the mods we run. Built for new and returning players.
1 to 3 hours
PHASE 02
RASP 1
Ranger Assessment & Selection
CQB and room clearing, reaction to contact, movement under fire, the medical handout and unit SOPs. Mandatory for every full member.
3 to 4 hours
PHASE 03
ADVANCED
Advanced courses
Pick a lane: weapons, medical, aviation, engineering, intel or leadership.
